Frequently Asked Questions
Are there any meals included in my registration?
Yes. One meal is included in your registration on Friday at lunch time. There will be light breakfast refreshments and coffee each morning. Also, there are many great restaurants within just a few miles of the church.
What’s the best way to get around Cleveland?
If you are flying into Chattanooga, we recommend that you rent a car. Chattanooga and Cleveland are worth exploring a bit while you are here. UBER and LYFT are also great options for getting around town.
Can I buy a ticket for only one day of the conference?
No, we only offer a full conference registration.
What if I need to cancel my registration?
We are unable to issue any refunds. However, you may transfer your registration to another individual. If the conference is cancelled, everyone will be refunded.
Do I need to bring a ticket or printed confirmation for check-in?
No, just provide your name and our check-in team members will confirm your registration.
Can I register multiple tickets under one name?
No. Every attendee will need to register individually under their own name.
Will there be special seating?
Yes, there will be designated seating for conference attendees throughout all sessions.
Is there a discount for multiple tickets?
There is not. The conference price is $75.00 per person or $25.00 Lee University Student / $25.00 PTS Student.
Will there be a WiFi at the event?
GUEST WiFi will be available at Westmore.
I have young children. Is there childcare available?
We are not able to provide childcare. Infants traveling with a parent are more than welcome. However, we do ask that you move to the Commons area if they become a distraction to those around you.
