NOTICE OF VIDEOGRAPHY, PHOTOGRAPHY, AND AUDIO RECORDING

When you enter onto the Westmore Campus (Ministry Center, Student Center, Parking Lot, etc.) for any service, events or program, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.

By entering on the Westmore Campus premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by Westmore and by any Westmore representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar Westmore services, events, or programs in the future, highlight the services, events or programs of the capabilities of Westmore. You release Westmore, its staff and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or audio recordings.

By entering on the Westmore Campus premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Westmore or the person or entity designated to do so by Westmore.

However, if you see a photo on the Westmore website, app or our social media pages that includes you or a family member and would like it removed, please contact us, at info@westmorechurch.com or (423) 479-3415. Please understand that we cannot remove your image from our live streams as this kind of media does not allow for us to edit the contents. Please understand that Westmore has no control over the recording, use, and posting of images or other media by non-church staff (i.e. by church members, news outlets, etc.) and no ability to remove such media from publications, including internet or social media sites, that are not run by Westmore.

You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
