FAQ
Are there any meals included in my registration?
YES, 2 meals are included in your registration. Also, there are many great restaurants within just a few miles of the church. And don’t worry, there will be lots of freshly brewed coffee for you throughout the event.
What’s the best way to get around Cleveland?
If you are flying into Chattanooga, we recommend that you rent a car. Chattanooga and Cleveland are worth exploring a bit while you are here. UBER and LYFT are also great options for getting around town.
Can I buy a ticket for only one day of the conference?
Unfortunately, not. Space is limited due to social distancing and we’re expecting to be very close to capacity.
What if I need to cancel my registration?
Unfortunately, we are unable to issue any refunds. However, you may transfer your registration to another individual.
Do I need to bring a ticket or printed confirmation for check-in?
No, just give one of our check-in team members your name and they will get you hooked up.
Will there be special seating?
Yes, there will be designated seating for conference attendees.
Will there be WiFi at the event?
GUEST Wi-fi will be available at Westmore.
Can I register multiple tickets under 1 name?
Yes. You may register your whole group under one name. You will only need to tell the check-in team how many tickets are under your name and they will take care of you from there!
Is there a discount for multiple tickets?
Unfortunately, not. Each ticket is $125.00.
I have young children. Is childcare available?
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide childcare. Infants traveling with a parent are more than welcome. However, we do ask that you move to the commons area if they become a distraction to those around you.
